3 tips for healthy feet

I am continuing yesterday's topic today. Below you will read 3 tips which you must follow faithfully in order to have healthy feet without fungus and bad smell.

1. Wash your feet well when you bathe and in the area between the toes and do it often scrub. Once you're done, dry them well to remove moisture and don't wear socks straight after bathing.

2. Avoid nylon socks and buy good shoes that are made of materials that allow your foot to breathe. You can also look for special insoles that neutralize odors.

3. Use antibacterial sprays on both your feet and your socks to reduce their growth.
