Cake recipe without eggs, milk and butter! It's worth a try

MATERIALS:
– 3-4 cups of flour
– 1 bag of baking powder
– 2 cups of sugar
- Zest of one orange
– 1/2 cup of orange juice
– 1 1/2 cups of water at room temperature
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of cocoa
Optionally: 1 tablespoon of liqueur or cognac

IMPLEMENTATION:
1. Using a large wire whisk, mix all the ingredients, except the cocoa, into a medium-thick cake mix. Immediately after, butter and flour the cake tin and pour in 2/3 of the mixture. In the remaining 1/3 of the mixture that you will have kept, mix the cocoa well and pour it over the mixture that you have in the form.
2. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes - until the dough does not stick to the knife.
