Homemade apple bars, the perfect snack!

Delicious and nutritious bars apple, made by your little hands, you can enjoy them every moment of the day!

Apple bars are the ideal choice for those who do not have much time at their disposal to prepare a healthy homemade snack. They provide valuable energy due to carbohydrates from oats, apple, honey and chocolate and also provide good fatty acids from tahini (monounsaturated) and walnuts (O-3). Finally, they provide us with satiating fiber.

See below how to make them!

Materials:

– 1 & 3/4 fl. oats

– ½ fl. tahini

– 1/2 fl. apples baked (or boiled) and ground

– 40 gr. walnuts in pieces

– 60 gr. dark chocolate flakes

– ¼ fl. honey

– 2 egg whites

– 1 tbsp. baking soda – 1 tbsp. cinnamon – 1 tbsp. vanilla

Implementation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Put the oats, tahini, chocolate, walnuts, vanilla, apples in a bowl
and honey and mix.

3. Then add the egg whites, soda and cinnamon. If the mixture is too
solid add a little milk.

4. In a small pan or fireproof dish, place a piece of parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and cut it into a bar shape. Bake for 20 minutes.
