This is the easiest recipe for spinach and feta rolls

And one of the most delicious, we would add!

Materials:

1 tbsp olive oil

4 fresh onions

450 gr. frozen spinach

2 cloves of garlic, grated or mashed in the multi

250 gr. feta, crumbled

200 gr. cottage cheese

100 ml. whipping cream

2 eggs, beaten

Salt

Pepper

1 pack of pie crust sheets

4-5 tbsp. olive oil

 

Friday: 

Thaw the spinach and drain it well to remove its liquid.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan.

As soon as it burns, add the chopped onions, spinach, garlic, crumbled feta cheese, cottage cheese, cream and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper and let them cook until the liquids are absorbed and the ingredients are homogenized.

In the meantime, cut 16 rectangular sheets measuring approximately 25×18 cm.

Oil them well and then put a tablespoon of the mixture parallel to the small side.

We close the edges inward, turn them into a roll and place them with the joint down on a baking sheet covered with non-stick paper.

With the help of a brush, cover their surface again with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes.

Remove as soon as they start to color.

Tip: If we realize that their surface takes on color faster than expected, after 15 minutes we cover with aluminum foil.
