How many sweets per day are we allowed to eat?

At some point, most of us have thought about how happy we would feel with "free" consumption. chocolate and others sweets temptations, however, nutritionists are here to… bring us back to class, reminding us of the main problem we face when we overdo it with sugar.
What is true is that when our body is unable to produce enough insulin to "pass" the sugar into the cells, we are faced with elevated blood sugar levels, thus putting ourselves in a lot of danger.

The most basic of all is diabetes. However, it is difficult to live without sweets. This is because our body needs carbohydrates to quickly produce energy and function properly. In moderation of course. The permissible amount of sweets is defined as 15 grams per day, a portion that we almost always exceed!

We should not forget, however, that a great source of carbohydrates is not only what contains a large amount of sugar, so we should keep in mind that there must be moderation in the consumption of sweets if we do not want to endanger the our health and see our scale number climb dangerously high.

Are you dying to eat a pasta? Eat. Make sure, however, that you refrain from eating sweets the next day.

And don't forget: Everything in the good functioning of our organism is not deprivation, but moderation.
