You you sleep naked; If not, start doing it. Don't let your mind go to the sly but sleeping naked has many benefits which are many women they do not know.

First, underwear creates a breeding ground for infection-causing bacteria. If you sleep naked, the vagina is ventilated and thus remains healthy and clean. University of California researchers told medicaldaily that women who sleep without underwear keep their vaginal flora healthy. While many believe that the most important thing in sleep is a comfortable bed, in reality it is the environment that plays a role. While you sleep, your body gradually drops its temperature, but if you are heavily clothed, you can disrupt this process. When you sleep naked, you help the body temperature stay at normal levels.

A good night's sleep is the best way to combat stress, which in turn increases belly fat. Also, when you sleep naked, the production of cortisol, or stress hormone, is reduced, which increases appetite levels and leads you to overeat. Recent studies have shown that couples who sleep without underwear feel more intimate and their relationship is happier, compared to couples who wear something, even a light one.

So based on all of the above, what should you do? Throw it all away and now that it's winter stock up on blankets and quilts 😉
