Say yes to the green smoothie-How to make it
All Smoothies are not the same. However, this one has a little more than 200 calories, but you have to keep in mind that it fills you up and gives you energy for the whole 24 hours.

– 2 apples
-3 handfuls of spinach
– 1/2 avocado
– 2 teaspoons of honey
– juice of one lemon
– ½ glass of water or 4 ice cubes

You beat everything in the blender until a homogeneous mixture is created and consume immediately so that the nutrients are not destroyed.
