Vegan Bolognese
Make delicious at home Vegan Bolognese!

Materials:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 sc. garlic
- 1 carrot
- 250 gr. soy mince
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 gr. Red wine
- 800 gr. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, leaves only
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 grains of spice
- salt
- pepper
- 10 gr. fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ bunch of parsley
For serving:
- 250 gr. red lentil pasta or other pasta of our choice.
Execution Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan Mrarole on medium heat.
- We chop onion, garlic and carrot.
- Put them in the pot and saute for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly golden.
- Add the soy mince and saute for 1 more minute.
- Add the paste and mix well with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Deglaze with the wine, mix well and add the water, bay leaf, thyme, paprika, allspice, salt, pepper and fresh ginger.
- Stir, reduce heat to low to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- Chop the parsley, add it to the pot, and mix with the spoon.
- Remove the pot from the heat and serve with the pasta.
