Beautiful skin at...40+ and 50+

Our skin day by day, with the changes of the weather, loses its elasticity, shine and vitality. At every age, daily care gives us bright skin and is the little stone that comes in every time as prevention, to defeat time. In this part we will see in detail what we should and should not do at each age. At younger ages they don't need exaggerations and at older ages, they need the right products. Follow me….

At 40+….

A difficult time for the skin. The collagen has started to empty, you feel your skin losing its elasticity and absorbing like a sponge what you put on it. The signs of prolonged exposure to the sun appear and the skin becomes dull. Unfortunately, the needs of your skin have increased and its care must become more intensive. Let's look at the steps to follow for a clean, glowing, youthful look.

Number 1: Avoid soaps and cleansing gels, because they are astringent. Choose a rich, emulsion for the daily cleansing of your face. I would suggest that once every 3 weeks, you exfoliate using a product with light AHAs.
Number 2: You need a good moisturizing care. Don't neglect the use of your moisturizing-antiaging cream, but don't stop at it alone, because you won't get the result you want. Complement your skin care with two types of antioxidant products (a cream or mask and a serum) to improve the appearance of your skin. Prefer hyaluronic acid, or various butters (shea butter, cocoa butter, etc.) as ingredients of the creams you choose, which deeply hydrate the skin tissues.
Number 3: Insist on retinoid night care, it's the ultimate anti-aging agent and prevents pre-cancerous sun damage.
Number 4: At this age, our hair thins and slowly begins to fall more. Help your hair with vitamins, Ω-3 and Ω-6. Ask for a moisturizing mask, at least once a month, to hydrate the hair to its core. Avoid using very hot air with the hair dryer because it dries your hair more.
Number 5: Your skin at this age begins to show discolorations and freckles. If you've noticed some on the skin of your face or body, it's a good idea to start wearing products that help deal with them, or prevent the appearance of more. Always wear sunscreen, in any weather condition. Hormonal disorders play an important role in acne. That's why at this age, they make their appearance. Consult your beautician for enzyme treatments or your dermatologist for follow-up and removal.

At 50+….

It is true that at this time, the changes in the skin, face, body, hair and in general, are happening at a very fast pace. In my field, most women who have healthy - "good" skins are the ones who have always taken care of themselves. Those who cleaned and cared for their face and body every day, while doing their hair and nails. These women do not have particularly broken skin, with very intense expression wrinkles, because they have always had the appropriate prevention and care about the health of their skin. So let's see what you have to do to get a better - glowing look.

Number 1: Cleaning, even at this age is the alpha and the omega. The skin here, with the slightest use of possible product, creates more dryness. For ladies with dry skin, I recommend more natural products, with a mild cleansing action, such as a natural lotion. With this you will have clean and hydrated skin at the same time.
Number 2: For exfoliation, I recommend a mild exfoliator with a creamy texture. The best option for you is enzyme peeling in an institute.
Number 3: Every morning before putting on your day cream, always apply a serum, with collagen or hyaluronic acid, and massage with gentle movements so that it is absorbed. Then put on your day cream, with a sunscreen.
In the evening, choose a strong anti-wrinkle or anti-aging product and apply it as a daily treatment.
Number 4: Give yourself a gift of healing and relaxation. Go to a beauty salon and choose a body treatment. I suggest you enjoy a body moisturizer. Your skin, from your neck to your toes, will be renewed with the peeling and moisturized with the special products. You will enjoy the massage and will have given the best gift to your skin.
