Care

Diet

Include in your diet foods rich in vitamins B, E and C. You will find these vitamins in meat, fish, fruits and vegetables and nuts. In particular, fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that strengthen our body's defenses.

Shampooing

Do not bathe too often and use a gentle shampoo and conditioner.
Choose hairstyles that do not strain the hair. Tightly held hair usually breaks the hair, while loose buns that do not "injure" the hair are ideal. The most effective, of course, is to try a shorter haircut in the first months after giving birth. It will definitely look more practical and at the same time it will make your hair stronger. Let your hair return to its normal state as much as you can.

Breastfeeding

Prefer breastfeeding. Research has shown that a high percentage of women who breastfeed and for as long as they breastfeed do not experience hair loss. So breastfeeding is not only good for your baby but also for you!
