Dry hands – How to treat it naturally

An article of mine in the magazine ok!

A little bit of the winter cold, a little bit of the gloves that many of us now wear more to protect ourselves from the corona virus, a little bit of housework that we now do more than before since we spend more hours at it, result in our hands being more dry and dehydrated.

Wrinkles and dry skin do not only concern the skin of the face but also of the hands and you must give it the necessary importance.

I'm going to show you some ways that dry skin can be treated with natural ingredients!

Oil coconut

Coconut oil has emollient properties and can prove to be a "miracle".

Use:

Get coconut oil and spread it on your hands and on other parts of the body that you may be having a problem with, doing a light massage.

You can use coconut oil daily.

Exfoliation with a DIY mild scrub

Get rid of dead cells with an exfoliating scrub that you can make yourself at home.

Materials:

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation and use:

Mix the ingredients well and massage your hands in circular motions for about 30".

Let your skin absorb the mixture for 1'.

Then rinse with warm water and apply your moisturizer.

Hydrating mask

Materials:

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp melted beeswax

1/2 cup almond oil

1/2 cup rose water

Friday:

Mix the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
