This is the... dirty secret hidden in your pajamas!

Trust me it's not enough that you do every night bathroom but this does not prevent the risk of infections experts warn as pajamas do not stay clean for long.

Professor Sally Bloomfield from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine emphasized that the pyjamas they rest on our skin, which sheds a huge number of dead cells every day. Thus, the fabric is filled with microorganisms, which are not dangerous when they are inside the body or on the skin, but can cause complications if they are in the wrong environment.
He informed that the greatest danger is from bacteria of staph, which almost all of us carry in our bodies, which can cause infections if they come into contact with open wounds or bruises on the skin.
He even adds that if the pajamas are very dirty, the microorganisms they can also be transferred to other clothes in the washing machine and advises washing our pajamas at least once a week.
