High heels: Tips to avoid injury and ideas to walk better
All women have weaknesses high heel. At work they make us feel more dynamic, while when we go out we also feel sexier. Shoes, especially high heels, are our best friend. But on the other hand, it is also the worst enemy. Let's be honest... they're not the most comfortable shoes we can choose and as much as we love them, they tire us out and make our feet hurt.
Marilyn Monroe said "Give a woman the right shoe and she can conquer the world". But what happens when he can't walk in them? High heels are a fetish for many women, some do not part with them and some do not approach them. The main issue of the second category is that they cannot… walk!
I can do that too because sometimes I need to follow the following tips:
Type #1
The secret to "opening" the shoe and not constricting you, is in your kitchen. Fill plastic bags with water, place them inside the shoes and put the shoes in the freezer. The water will expand as it freezes and will "stretch" your favorite high heels. Just make sure there is no air left in the bags before you seal them tightly. Leave the shoes for 4 to 8 hours, then leave them at room temperature until the ice melts.
Type #2
You can blow hot air on your shoes with the hair dryer for 30 seconds. This will make them more flexible and "open" them slightly. For more intense results, while the shoes are warm, put on a thick sock and wander around the house. Ok, it's not very stylish, but it will definitely make them easier to wear.
Type #3
If you don't have time to spend the high heels hitting you with hot air, then just put on a pair of thick socks, your shoes and do all the housework. And they won't hit you and you will "open" them.
Type #4
The next secret to "open" the high heels is to use roll-on deodorant on the sides and back. This process will soften the material and your favorite shoes will not injure your feet.
TRICKS TO WALK BETTER
Trick #1
You may think that the so-called fiapa will save you and make you walk better, but the material you choose for your shoes is more important. Visit a store, put on a very good quality shoe on one foot and a not so good one on the other. Walk into the store and you will understand the difference.
Trick #2
You see the super models on the catwalk and wonder how they walk so perfectly in high heels. The secret is to find your center of gravity and balance. The ideal is to walk with the toes and not with the heel and take small steps.
Trick #3
Get an adhesive gauze from the pharmacy and put it on the bottom of the shoe. This will make your feet more stable and absorb sweat, without your foot slipping. In case you feel that your shoes are not stable and on the outside of the sole, you can add tape.
Trick #4
Do you know what ballerinas do to stand better on their toes? All the toes are tied with gauze. Try it and you will see that your walking will become more stable and easier.
