Fasting chocolate trunk!

One of the most favorite sweets of children and adults is the chocolate trunk. No one can resist him!

It is primarily a "summer" dessert that, with a small... conversion, we can also enjoy it during Lent, without being inconsistent in fasting us.

The recipe we recommend is extremely quick and does not require much preparation.

Materials:

  • 500 gr halva stevia chocolate (cut into small cubes)
  • 100 gr of whole hazelnuts
  • 100 gr whole walnuts
  • 400 gr couverture
  • 2 tbsp Sesame
  • ½ tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cognac

Friday:
First, we will need to melt the couverture in a metal bowl using the bain-marie method.

When the chocolate is ready and has melted well, add the walnuts, hazelnuts, sesame, cinnamon and brandy, after first crushing the nuts in a multi blender.

Using the mariz, mix our mixture well until it is completely homogenized.

Add the pieces of Olympos stevia chocolate halva and continue mixing.

Caution, it is very important to add the halva at the end, as it is possible that the hot chocolate will affect its hardness.

Then, we place in a cake mold (ideally oblong) a non-stick film that will sufficiently cover all the walls of the vessel.

Pour the mixture carefully into the form, while at the same time spreading it evenly, covering the whole dish with it.

Tap the mold lightly on the kitchen counter to "release" the air and cover the dessert with a film which must touch the surface of the dessert. Put the dessert in the fridge and wait 2 hours until it "tightens" sufficiently and is ready to serve.

Good luck!
