Oatmeal and acne mask... done!

THE oats it is one cereal which should not be absent from the diet you, as it has multiple benefits: it has a low caloric value, is rich in vegetable fiber and protein, and contains many vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and trace elements. Due to its composition, oats help the immune system, help to reduce bad cholesterol in the blood without affecting the good cholesterol, while due to the low glycemic index, it helps to regulate blood sugar.

To make homemade mask with oats for acne,

You will need:

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2-3 tbsp. yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Friday:

Pour the oats into a bowl and slowly add the yogurt, mixing well. When the mixture is homogenized, add the honey and mix. Apply the mask on the face and leave it on for about 15-20 minutes until it dries. Then rinse with warm water, gently massaging the skin for gentle exfoliation.

Yogurt softens the skin, while honey and oats help fight acne and red marks on the face.
