THE  dry skin it is something that concerns us especially in the winter. Both the cold and the sudden changes in temperature suffer the skin terribly and we need to act immediately. Two ingredients that are probably present in our kitchen can save the situation. What are these;

The avocado and Orange. Specifically, we need the paste from the avocado - we peel it and put it through the blender - and the juice from the orange. We mix the two ingredients together and gently massage our body.
