Tea: Burn fat while enjoying it!

White tea: It breaks down accumulated fat and prevents the formation of new fat cells. It also contains catechins, antioxidants that trigger the release of fat from cells and boost the rate at which the liver converts fat into energy.

Red Rooibos Tea: Prevents the creation of new fat cells and accelerates fat metabolism, thanks to the polyphenols and flavonoids it contains.
