What does hair oil do for you? The most popular methods

The hair oil appeared as a novelty for the grooming of hair relatively recently and immediately won many supporters.

It turns out that this not too complicated but miraculous treatment allows you to have really amazing results on your hair as the results have shown, it becomes healthier, shinier and frizz free. However, to achieve the perfect result you must also use the right product in the right way!

These products must match the needs of the hair - otherwise, the results will not be there or may be opposite to what was expected.

Why is this method so effective?

Vegetable oils are very similar to the layer that protects the skin and the sebum secreted by the scalp glands.

Oils protect the hair and do not lose moisture. It is a natural treatment method that can be easily used at home, without the need for high-cost hairdressing treatments.

If you dream of hair like you see in commercials, unfortunately, shampoo alone is not enough. Shampoo and conditioner are not enough. The use of oil is therefore recommended.

  • Hair is nourished and moisturized.
  • The ends of the hair are smoothed and protected.
  • The hair is elastic, smooth and light.
  • The oil protects the hair from external factors.
  • Hair does not get tangled and is easier to comb.
  • Hair looks healthy and beautiful, and also grows faster.
  • They are strong.

The key to achieving satisfactory results is choosing an oil suitable for the scalp. The wrong oil will probably have the opposite effect, for example, instead of smoothing, it will frizz your hair.

Lubrication methods

Dry oil

It is recommended to apply oil to dry hair, after spreading it in your hands, without using an excessive amount.

Oil on wet hair

The oil is applied to wet but after you have first wiped them with a towel.

Spraying

Add a small amount of oil to water or a sprayer, rather than spreading it on your hands. Spray this mixture all over the hair.

After applying the oil, wait an hour or leave it overnight. The oil is washed off gradually: first it is washed off with warm water and then with conditioner. After this process, wash your hair as usual with shampoo and apply conditioner again.

Although the whole process seems tedious and long, the results are really worth it!
