Garlic: The Incredible Uses & Health Benefits

You use garlic in your food but you don't know all its benefits.

Its main ingredients:

  • Volatile oils
  • Enzymes
  • Vitamins A, B, C & E
  • Trace elements (selenium & germanium)
  • Anthelmintic

Its action:

  • Antibiotic
  • Expectorant
  • Hypotensive
  • Antiperspirant
  • Anticoagulant
  • Hypoglycemic

How to use it:

Fresh greens:

  • Rub the cut side of a clove on the acne pimples just before bed.
  • Consume 2-3 cloves of garlic daily in cooked food to improve cardiovascular health, prevent colds and flu, and lower cholesterol.

Juice:

  • Put up to 1 tsp of juice in honey or water 2 times a day to fight infection and reduce the risk of blood clots.

Tincture:

  • 50-70 drops, 3 times a day for cardiovascular and respiratory problems as well as fungal infections.

Powder:

  • If you have someone in your family who has suffered a heart attack, make sure to give them a spoonful of powder in water or juice every day so as to avoid such episodes again.

Capsules:

  • 1 capsule before a meal to avoid seasonal infections.
