Got a headache and want to avoid pills? I have the solution for you.
– Make a compress with vinegar and place it on your forehead. Vinegar has been fermented and thus contains acetic acid with which it contributes to the decongestion of blood vessels, fighting hyperemia.
– Pour 2 teaspoons fresh or dried mint leaves in a cup of boiled water and leave it covered for 10'. Drink 3 times daily for 1-2 days. Peppermint has an analgesic, sedative and antispasmodic effect that helps to soften pain.
